| 摘 要： | 目的观察头针配合体针治疗中风后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法按会诊顺序将120例中风偏瘫患者随机分为头针配合体针组（A组）66例和传统针刺组（B组）54例，根据患者的神志、语言、肢体运动功能等进行综合评分，观察两组临床疗效。结果A组基本痊愈6例，显效40例，有效14例，总有效率为90．9％，B组显效14例，有效22例，总有效率为66．7％。与A组比较，差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论头针配合体针治疗中风急性期、恢复期的疗效优于单纯传统针刺法。
