| Abstract: | Objective To summarize clinical features and key points of diagnosis and treatment of AMC. Methods Clinical data of 9 cases with AMC was analyzed. Results Few AMC were found in clinical diseases, Main complains of the patients were right lower abdominal pain and mass. Only 3 of 9 cases were diagnosed before surgery in this report. All paitients remained free of AMC after operation except one case. Conclusion AMC is difficult to be diagnosed before surgery. X - Ray examination after a barium meal , B - mode ultrasonography and CT examination may help the diagnosis of AMC, Selection of proper operational way to avoid second surgical intervention is suggested. |
