开展全社会避孕节育知情选择 提高妇女生殖健康保健意识

为了更好地开展计划生育工作 ,开展避孕节育知情选择咨询服务 ,提高避孕措施 ,减少生殖道感染率 ,对 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月在该院做人工流产及药物流产的 3 664 3例患者进行了统计分析。结果 :未婚先孕的患者数逐年增加 ,并有继续增长的趋势 ,而患者的年龄却逐渐减小 ,尤其是 2 2岁以下做人工流产的患者人数明显增多 ,而带环怀孕率则明显减少。提示 :对青少年进行性道德、性伦理教育的重要性 ,以及用科学健康的知识取代黄色淫秽的东西的必要性 ;同时阐述了开展避孕节育知情选择咨询服务的重要性 ;并指出多次人工流产可增加生殖道感染的发生率 ,从而导致不孕症发生的危险性 ;强调了加强育龄妇女在生殖健康方面自我保健意识的重要性 ,以推动生殖健康产业的发展

Developing inside story of selecting contraception and the birth control for the whole society and advancing the women''s consciousness on reproductive health

In order to develop birth control and inside story of selecting contraception, raise contraception measurement and reduce the prevalence of reproductive tract infection, 36 643 patients with induced and medicine abortion in Shenyang Genecology and Obstetric Hospital from January 1993 to December 2001 were investigated. The data were counted and analyzed. The results showed that the number of unmarried pregnancy increases continually. And the trend will be increased year by year, but the age of the patients is decreased generally. Especially the number of the induced abortion under 22 years old increases obviously, but the number of the pregnancy women with IUD decreased obviously. It suggests that it is important to popularize the sex morality and ethic education to the young. It is necessary to replace the facetiae and nasty things with the scientific and healthy knowledge and advocate developing inside story of selecting contraception service. It is very dangerous that induced abortion for more times will increase the prevalence of reproductive tract infection to result in the prevalence of infertility. And it is important to strengthen the women's self health consciousness on reproductive health to promote the development of reproductive health.
