全国5大城市159所医院2009年7-12月药品采购情况分析

目的：研究全国5个大型城市159所医院2009年7～12月药品购入情况,为药品生产、销售、临床应用,以及医药卫生政策的制定提供参考.方法：通过中国药学会全国医药经济信息网统计样本医院2009年7～12月药品购入金额.结果：样本医院2009年7～12月多类药品的购入金额与上年同期相比提高了10%～40%.购入金额较大的品种有冲洗液,β-内酰胺类抗菌药、植物生物碱和其他天然药、治疗消化性溃疡药.结论：全国5个大型城市医院药品购入金额与上年同期相比有较大的提高,用药结构中领先大类基本相同.

Analysis on the Purchase Amounts of Drugs in 159 Hospitals in 5 Large Cities from July 2009 to December 2009

Objective： To investigate the purchase amounts of drug in 159 hospitals in 5 large cities from July 2009 to December 2009 and provide it as reference for drug manufacturing, sales, clinical use as well as drafting of healthcare policies. Method： Purchase amounts of drugs in 159 hospitals in 5 large cities from July 2009 to December 2009 were summarized and analyzed. Results： Purchase amounts of many kinds of drugs were increased by 10% to 40% compared with same period of previous year. Relatively larger amounts were spent on drug groups such as irrigation fluids, j3-1actam antibiotics, plant alkaloids, other natural medicines and drugs used for treatment of peptic ulcer. Conclusions： Purchase amounts of drugs in 159 hospitals in 5 large cities July 2009 to December 2009 were increased compared with the same period in 2008, and the leading categories in from the medication structure were basically unchanged
