重组表皮生长因子凝胶联合百多邦治疗烧伤残余创面30例疗效观察

目的观察重组表皮生长因子凝胶联合百多邦治疗烧伤残余创面的疗效。方法将本院2008年3月以来烧伤后残余创面60例,随机分成治疗组（应用凝胶和百多邦组）和对照组（常规换药组）,治疗组和对照组均联合浸浴治疗,观察创面细菌清除情况及创面愈合情况。结果治疗组疗效佳,细菌清除快,疗程缩短。结论重组表皮生长因子凝胶联合百多邦是一种治疗残余创面的有效方法。

To Observe Effect of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel Combined with Mupirocn Ointment on Residual Wounds of Burn Patients in 30 Cases

Objective To observe the effect of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with Mupirocn ointment on residual wounds of burn patients.Methods In our hosprtal,the 60 burn patients with residual wounds were randomly divided into treatment group（Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with Mupirocn ointment group） and control group（conventional dressing group） since March 2008,both groups both received bath treatment.The bacterial clearance conditions and wound healing efficacy of the both groups were observed.Results Patients in treatment group presented faster bacterial clearance and shorter length of hospital stay than control group.Conclusion Applicaton of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with Mupirocn ointment is an effective method for treatment of residual wounds of burn patients.
