地屈孕酮用于治疗农村孕妇早期先兆流产保胎治疗的临床效果观察

目的探讨地屈孕酮用于农村孕妇早期先兆流产保胎治疗的临床效果。方法将120例早期先兆流产的农村孕妇随机地分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组予口服地屈孕酮,对照组予黄体酮肌内注射,观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组保胎成功53例(88.3%),发生不良反应1例(1.67%);对照组保胎成功48例(80.0%),发生不良反应3例(5%)。结论口服地屈孕酮与肌内注射黄体酮治疗农村孕妇早期先兆流产均有较好疗效,但口服地屈孕酮治疗简单方便,不良反应少,患者接受度高,更有利于保胎,缺点是药品价格稍偏贵,在农村适宜地区可逐步推广使用。
