“循证护理WORKSHOP”在本科护理教学中的实践

摘    要:目的使学生掌握循证护理的方法,提高护理本科生的综合素质。方法在护理学基础课程教学中,选择压疮的预防与治疗作为教学素材,结合临床病例,通过提出问题、寻找实证、评估实证、应用实证的WORKSHOP流程,使学生学习循证护理方法。结果学生学会了循证护理的方法,转变了观念,并能够运用批判性思维对现存实践模式寻找实证。结论“WORKSHOP”适用于护理本科生的循证护理教学。

Abstract:Objective To make nursing undergraduates master the method of evidence-based nursing in order to improve their comprehensive quality.Methods During teaching nursing basic courses,the prevention and treatment of bedsore was selected as teaching material and combined with clinical cases.Undergraduates studied the methods of evidence-based nursing through a process "WORKSHOP" of asking questions,finding evidences,assessing evidences and applying evidence-based nursing workshop.Results Undergraduates mastered basic method of evidence-based nursing and changed their attitude towards nursing.So they could handle critical thinking to find evidence in existing practice model.Conclusions "WORKSHOP" method is applicable in the teaching of evidence-based nursing for undergraduates.
