我院儿科住院患者糖皮质激素类药物用药情况分析

目的：了解我院儿科住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况及存在问题，并进行分析讨论。方法：随机抽取我院2010年7月～2011年6月住院部儿科病历351份，对含有糖皮质激素类药物的病历品种个数、所占比例、给药途径、用药剂量、使用情况、使用的对应诊断、合理性等进行统计分析。结果：糖皮质激素类药物在我院儿科住院患者中使用广泛，病历使用率占58.9%；其中以甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液使用最多，使用率占含有糖皮质激素类药物儿科病历的63.8%；病历中糖皮质激素类药物的给药途径以静脉滴注为主，占60.4%；部分儿科病历存在不合理用药现象，分别在适应症、药物配伍、药物联用等方面存在问题。结论：加强对我院儿科糖皮质激素类药物的用药监控和教育，提高对滥用糖皮质激素类药物危害的认识，促进合理用药。
