| 摘 要： | 观察菊花乙醇提取物0.3g/Kg及0.7g/kg两种剂量对红细胞内期约氏疟原虫的效应,结果两种剂量的菊花乙醇提取物均显示抗疟作用,以高剂量(0.7g/kg)组疗效更好;对照组虫血症率为43.70%,高剂量组虫血症率为0.68%,两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).

| Abstract: | The effect of alcohol extract from Chrysanthemum on P. Yoelii in erythrocytic stage was investigated. It was found that the dosage of 0. 7g/kg of alcohol extract from Chrysanthemum could obtained better antimalaria action than that in dosage of 0. 3g/kg. The parasitemia rate was 43. 70% in control group and 0. 68% in high dosage(0. 7g/kg) group,with the difference being significant (P<0. 01). |
