福辛普利联合氢氯噻嗪对伴肾损害高血压的治疗

目的：观察福辛普利联合氢氯噻嗪对伴肾损害高血压的治疗效果。方法：对我院2006年5月-2007年5月120例伴有肾损害高血压患者的观察。在原治疗方案的基础上调整降压药的种类和剂量，均服用或加服福辛普利与氢氯噻嗪，连续服药6个月，用药期间监测血压、电解质、尿蛋白、肾功能。结果：降压总有效率达95．34％，尿蛋白定性减少的总有效率达89．17％，血清肌酐下降的总有效率达90．12％，血清钾无明显变化。结论：伴有轻度肾损害的高血压患者宜以血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及利尿剂为首选，两者合用有良好的降压效果和显著的肾脏保护作用。福辛普利对于轻中度肾功能不全者可不用调整剂量，安全有效。
