环甲膜穿刺置管在胸科术后呼吸道护理中的作用研究

目的探讨环甲膜穿刺在胸科手术后呼吸道护理中的作用。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,比较开展环甲膜穿刺前、后,开胸手术后呼吸衰竭发生率和气管切开率的差异。结果在开展环甲膜穿刺以前,胸科病人手术后呼吸衰竭发生率为4.2%(12/288);开展环甲膜穿刺以后,胸科手术后呼吸衰竭发生率为1.9%(6/310),两组间有显著差异;胸科手术后气管切开率在上述两个时期分别为6.3%(18/288)和2.6%(8/310),两组间也有显著差异。在接受环甲膜穿刺的68例病人中,没有一例发生严重并发症。结论环甲膜穿刺是一种容易掌握、安全性很高的操作,对于促进胸科手术后病人咳嗽、排痰,防止呼吸道分泌物潴留导致的呼吸衰竭有临床应用价值。

Study on the role of thyroericoeentesis in nursing for patients with thoracotomy

Objective To study the role of thyrocricocentesis in nursing for patients with thoracic operation. Methods The ratio of respiratory failure(RF) and tracheotomy were compared retrospectively between patients before and after application of thyrocricocentesis.Results After applying thyrocricocentesis,the ratio of RF in patients with thoracotomy decreased to 1.9%(6/310),which was markedly lower than that before applying tracheotomy before and after application of thyrocricocentesis.The rate of tracheotomy after thoracic operation were 6.3% and(2.6)% before and after application ofthyrocricocentesis.No severe complication was occurred in the 68 cases received thyrocricocentesis.Conclusions Thyrocricocentesis is easy master and safe operation,which is helpful in nursing for patients with thoracic operation.
