重庆市全科医学临床培训基地评估分析

目的评估分析我市全科医学临床培训基地建设现状。方法自制全科医学临床培训基地评估体系和评估标准,对我市7所医院采取专家现场评估认定和分组访谈等方法收集资料。结果7所医院在基本条件、师资队伍、组织管理及社区培训基地方面平均达标率为83.80%、83.33%、81.35%和67.90%;医院领导者、培训管理者和带教师资全科医学知识学习平均达标率为14.20%、16.13%和28.50%。结论加强管理层和带教师资全科医学知识学习,建立稳定的社区基地和基地长效考核制度,是当前我市全科医学临床培训基地的建设重点。

Assessment Analysis of General Practitioner Clinical Training Bases in Chongqing

Objective This article was aimed to assess and analyze the status quo of general medicine clinical training bases.Methods Based on self-made assessment system and standards of general medical clinical training bases,data were collected by methods of scene assessment and group interviews in 7 hospitals of Chongqing.Results The mean scoring rates in basic conditions,teachers,organization management and community bases were 83.80%,83.33%,81.35% and 67.90%,respectively,and those in general medical knowledge learning of hospital leaders,training managers and teachers were 14.20%,16.13% and 28.50%,respectively.Conclusion The present key of general medical training base construction is to strengthen managers and teachers' general medical knowledge and to establish stable community bases and a long-term bases assessment system.
