脊柱转移瘤的CT表现及分型(附83例分析)

目的：分析脊柱转移瘤CT表现，探讨新的CT分型。材料与方法：83例脊柱转移瘤患者，均有脊柱病变区或原发肿瘤的组织学证实。使用Siemens Somatom Plus 4螺旋CT扫描。结果：83例患者共发现222个椎骨受累，溶骨型169个，成骨型21个，混合型32个；每一型根据病灶的边缘和范围再分为：局灶性病变209个，弥漫性病变13个。结论：根据CT表现，以椎骨为单位的脊柱转移瘤分类方法，反映了各个病变的生物学与影像学的联系，较传统X线分型更具实用价值。

CT Features and Type of Spinal Metastatic Tumor (An Analysis of 83 Cases)

Purpose:To analyse CT features in 83 patients with spinal metastasis in order to investigate new way of type about spinal metastasis on CT imaging.Materials and Methods:All 83 cases of spinal metastasis had histology proved.CT scans were obtained on a helical CT scanner (Siemens,Somatom plus 4).Results:There were 222 affected vertebrae.169 vertebrae showed osteolytic type,21 vertebrae showed sclerotic type,and 32 showed mixed type.Each type was subdivided into two categories according to the margins and scopes of all lesions (209 focal lesions and 13 diffuse lesions).Conclusion:The way of typing according to CT findings of each vertebra reflected the relationship between the biology and radiology of spinal metastatic tumor.The new type of CT mignt be of more practical values than traditional X-ray type.
