上颌前牙即刻种植与即刻修复的临床体会

目的：探讨上颌前牙即刻种植与即刻修复的临床运用原则，并初步评价临床疗效。方法：25例患者共28个上颌前牙在拔牙同时植入了种植体，同期行即刻修复。平均4个月后进行最终修复。修复后平均追踪观察时间38个月。结果：所有种植体骨结合良好，2例出现不同程度的牙龈萎缩，对美观有一定程度的影响；其余26例修复完成至最后一次复查，临床效果良好，5年累积存活率达到100％。结论：在严格把握适应症的情况下，即刻种植与即刻修复，可获得很高的存活率。尽管即刻种植并不能阻断种植体周围牙槽嵴的吸收，但对维持牙龈形态，获得美学效果有积极影响。

Maxillary anterior tooth immediate implant and immediate prosthesis

Objective： To explore the clinical application of the principle of immediate dental implant and immediate restoration of maxillary anterior, and preliminary evaluation of clinical efficacy. Method： 25cases of patients with a total of 28 maxillary anterior teeth in the extraction and implantation of the implant, underwent immediate restoration. Result： With all good implant bone, 2 cases had different degree of gingival atrophy,have a certain degree of influence on appearance;the remaining 26 cases since the repair is completed at the final follow-up,the clinical effect is good, the 5 year cumulative survival rate reached 100 %. Conclusion：In the indication of the situation,immediate implant and immediate restoration can be applied to the clinical, can obtain a high survival rate. Although the immediate implant did not block the peri implant alveolar ridge absorption, but to maintain gingival morphology, have a positive impact achieve beautiful effect.
