人工肝脏辅助装置吸附剂的研究硝酸纤维素柱状活性炭微囊(CAC)的制备与研究

摘    要:本文报告了由国产优质煤生产的商品往状活性炭,经改进的微囊化方法,制备硝酸纤维素柱状活性炭微囊(CAC)的方法、体外吸附性能及血液相容性试验结果.研究表明:上述材料有较好的吸附性能与血液相容性,可作为血液灌流的优质吸附剂,应用于人工肝脏辅助装置.

Abstract:Preparation and studies of collodion coated activated charcoal (CAC) , made from high quality cylindric coal in China are reported. The promising CAC for use in hemoperfusion is obtained by modified coating method.Investigations in vitro and in vivo indicate that the CAC is of good hemocompatibility and adsorption characteristics. Through a series of experiments it is suggested that the preparation can be used as adsorbent for detoxification in ALSS.
