| 摘 要： | 目的用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定妇月康胶囊中阿魏酸含量。方法采用Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0．1％磷酸（8：17：75），检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸质量浓度在4—32μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．80％，RSD=1．26％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确，可用于妇月康胶囊的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Fuyuekang Capsules. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out with Kromasil C18 column and acetonltrile-methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （8：17：75） as the mobile phase. The wavelength was 320 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 4 - 32 μg/mL. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of Fuyuekang Capsules. |
