多糖铁复合物治疗儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的疗效

目的:观察多糖铁复合物和膳食指导对儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法:152例确诊为营养性缺铁性贫血儿童,分3组,多糖铁复合物组(88例),年龄(0．7±s 0．3)a;硫酸亚铁组(34例),年龄(0．8±0．5)a;非药物干预的膳食指导组(30例),年龄(0．9±0．6)a。药物治疗组采用每日补铁与隔日补铁结合的给药方法,随访12 wk;膳食指导组随访8 wk。观察血红蛋白(Hb)、临床症状以及不良反应。结果:经铁剂治疗4,8 wk后,多糖铁复合物及硫酸亚铁组血红蛋白明显上升并高于膳食指导组(P＜0．01),治疗8 wk时多糖铁复合物、硫酸亚铁组总有效率分别为89％和88％,疗效比较无统计学差异(P＞0．05);不良反应发生率多糖铁复合物组和硫酸亚铁组分别为1％和24％(P＜0．01);膳食指导组17例(71％)血红蛋白没有明显上升。结论:多糖铁复合物口服依从性好、疗效明显,不良反应轻。膳食指导不能治愈营养性缺铁性贫血。

Effects of polysaccharideiron complex on children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia

AIM:To determine the effects of polysaccharideiron complex capsule on children with iron deficiency anemia.METHODS:One hundred and fifty-two children with iron deficiency anemia were divided into three groups:polysaccharideiron complex treated group(88 patients),aged(0.7±s 0.3)a;ferrous sulfate treated group(34 patients),aged(0.8±0.5)a and nutritional guidance group(30 patients),aged(0.9±0.6)a.All children aged from 2 mo to 2.5 a,with an average of(0.8±0.7)a.Drug therapy groups were took iton with daily or every other day,for follow up 12 wk;nutritional guidance group for follow 8 wk to observe hemoglobin,clinical symptoms and the adverse reaction.RESULTS:Four and eight weeks after treatment, serum hemoglobin levels of polysaccharideiron complex treated group and ferrous sulfate treated group were markedly higher than those before treatment,and also higher than nutritional guidance group(P＜0.01).The total cure rates were 89% and 88% in polysaccharideiron complex treated group and ferrous sulfate treated group respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).But adverse reaction rates in polysaccharideiron complex treated group and ferrous sulfate treated group were 1% and 24%,respectively (P＜0.01).Serum levels of hemoglobin remained unchanged in 71%(17/24)children of the nutritional guid- ance group.CONCLUSION:As an oral drug for treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children polysaccha- rideiron complex shows better effects,good compliance,and less adverse reaction than ferrous sulfate.
