| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法:将我院2007年1月1日～2009年1月1日收治的接受乳腺癌改良根治术和化疗的乳腺癌患者共67例随机分为2组。治疗组35例,乳腺癌改良根治术后给予复方苦参注射液辅助标准化疗;对照组32例,术后给予标准化疗。结果:治疗组的化疗毒副作用较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);生存质量(KPS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌疗效好,可降低化疗毒副作用。
