达英-35和二甲双胍联用对多囊卵巢综合征性激素的影响

目的探讨达英-35和二甲双胍联用治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对性激素的影响。方法选择多囊卵巢综合征患者60例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组(达英-35和二甲双胍联用)和对照组(达英-35)各30例,比较两组患者治疗前后LH、FSH、T、P、PRL、E2的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后T、LH均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05),而观察组和对照组的FSH、P、PRL、E2治疗前后及组间比较,均未见明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达英-35和二甲双胍联用治疗多囊卵巢综合征可以降低患者的雄激素水平,是治疗PCOS的理想治疗方法之一。

The Impact of Diane-35 and Metformin Combined with Polycystic Oovary Syndrome Sex Hormones

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Diane-35 and metformin treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and sex hor- mones. Methods 60 patients polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups the observation group admission （Diane-35 and mefformin） and control group （up to 35） of the 30 cases, the level of LH, FSH, T, P, PRL, E2 change were com- pared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the level of T, LH significantly reduced compared with pre-treatmen （P〈O.05）, and FSH, P, PRL, E2 of the control group treatment before and after and comparison with the ob- servation group showed no significant change（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Diane-35 and mefformin on patients with polycystic ovary syn- drome can be reduced in patients with androgen levels, is an ideal method for the treatment of PCOS.
