稳心颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛患者hs-CRP、心率变异性的影响

目的探讨稳心颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛患者hs-CRP、HRV影响。方法采用为期4周的随机、对照、开放、前瞻性的临床研究。入选符合条件的不稳定型心绞痛患者(UA)40例,年龄(74.2±10.4)岁,男22例,女18例。随机分为:常规治疗组、稳心颗粒组,每组各20例;观察两组hs-CRP、HRV的变化。结果治疗4周后,稳心颗粒组、对照组hs-CRP、HRV各指标组内比较治疗前、后均有明显差异(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗前两组hs-CRP、HRV各指标无明显差别,治疗后稳心颗粒组hs-CRP、SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50、LF/HF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上加服稳心颗粒后hs-CRP、HRV各指标有明显的改善。

Wenxinkeli Patients with Unstable Angina Hs-CRP, Heart Rate Variability

Objective To evaluate effects on the levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and heart rate variability of patients with unsta- ble angina pectoris treated with Wenxin Keli. Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled, clinical trial was carried out in this study. 40 patients with unstable angina were included. The patients were assigned randomly to Wenxin Keli treated group （n=20） or control group （n=20）. The follow-up lasted up to 4 weeks. The levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and heart rate variability of pa- tients with unstable angina pectoris were evaluated at week 4. Results The levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and heart rate vari- ability were no difference in Wenxin Ke li group and eotrol group at the outset. After following 4 weeks, the levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and heart rate variability were respectively decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and heart rate variability were significantly improved in Wenxin Keli group after treatment for 4 weeks （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin keli could obviously decrease the levels of hs-CRP in blood serum and improve the heart rate vari- ability in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
