心力衰竭患者并发肺部感染的相关危险因素及治疗措施

目的分析心力衰竭患者肺部感染的相关危险因素,旨在为治疗措施提供依据,降低肺部感染率。方法采用对照研究的方法将2010年7月—2012年7月期间于该院接受治疗的124例心力衰竭患者视为研究对象,其中并发肺部感染的58例患者为研究组,未感染的66例患者为对照组,对比两组患者的相关调查因素。结果研究组年龄、住院时间、吸烟史、滥用抗生素、侵入性操作、心功能等调查指标与对照组差异明显。结论年龄、住院时间、吸烟史、滥用抗生素、侵入性操作、心功能是心力衰竭患者并发肺部感染的高危因素,在治疗过程中应积极采取针对性的措施,以降低肺部感染发生率。
