生活质量与农村女性自杀意念的相关研究

目的探讨15～39岁农村女性居民生活质量与自杀意念的相关性，为农村女性自杀干预研究提供依据。方法采用多级抽样方法抽取巢湖市居巢区2个乡镇1062名15～39岁女性居民作为调查对象，由调查员采用BSS和GQOLI-74进行问卷调查。结果调查对象中自杀意念发生率为5．00％，不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济状况、躯体是否残疾者的自杀意念发生率差异有统计学意义。多元logistic回归分析显示，年龄、躯体残疾、躯体功能、心理功能是农村女性自杀意念的影响因素。结论青年女性、躯体有残疾、躯体功能差、心理功能差是农村女性自杀意念的危险因素，应加强预防自杀行为的健康教育活动，提高农村女性的生活质量，最大限度预防自杀。

A correlation study on quality of life and suicidal ideation among rural females

Objective To investigate the relationship between quality of life and suicidal ideations, and provide basis for rural females＇ suicide prevention. Methods Multistage sampling method was used to draw 1 062 rural females, aged 15-39, from Juchao section of Chaohu. They were investigated with BSS and GQOLI-74. Results 5.00% of respondents had suicide ideation. There were significant different of the rate of suicidal ideation among age, the level of civilization, marriage status, economy status and body deformity. That the main risk factors for suicide ideation were age, body deformity, body function, psychic function by multiple regression analysis. Conclusions Young female, body deformity, lower body function and psychic function are probably risk factors of suicide ideation. We should through health education to improve quality of life of rural females and prevent the suicidal behavior.
