无创正压通气在重症肺炎中的应用研究

目的 探讨无创正压通气（NIPPV）在重症肺炎患者中应用的可行性研究。方法 收集重症肺炎病人62人，分为NIPPV组和对照组，并观察其应用无创正压通气和有创正压通气的疗效，并作统计学比较。结果 NIPPV组的临床监测指标与有创正压通气组无显注性差异（P〈0.05），但是其上机时间明显缩短，并显注提高了病人的生存率（P〈0.05）。结论 无创正压通气具有应用方便、创伤少、经济、高效的特点，能够显注提高重症肺炎病人生存率，值得临床推荐。

The Application Research of NIPPV on Serious Pneumonia Sufferers

Objective Explore feasibility of NIPPV on serious pneumonia. Method Divide the 62 serious pnemonia sufferers into two groups,the NIPPV group and the IPPV group.Observe the different curative effects of the NIPPV and the IPPV and do some statistical comparson. Rosult The sufferers in these two groups have not significant differences on clinical monitoring index (P<0.05).But by NIPPV,the time of the assisted respiration is obviously shortened and the survival rate rises greatly (P<0.05). Conclusion NIPPV has more advantages.It is easily used,less traumatic,economy and high efficient.It can obviously raise the survival rate of the serious pneumonia sufferers and is worth clinical popularization.
