| 摘 要： | 目的：验证补肾壮骨汤对肾性骨病的治疗效果，并从中探讨其可能的作用机理。方法：30只雄性Wistar大鼠3／4肾切除，按肾功能值分为模型组、西药对照组、中药治疗组。另10只大鼠进行假手术为正常组。西药对照组予罗钙全灌胃，中药治疗组予补肾壮骨汤浓缩剂灌胃。经用药6个月后处死动物观察各指标改变。结果：中药和西药能较好地降低血PTH、BGP、P^3＋和尿DPD的浓度，提升血钙浓度，改善骨组织病理损害，且保护肾功能，中药明显优于西药。结论：补肾壮骨汤对肾性骨病大鼠模型有良好的治疗作用，这可能与其保护肾功能，降低血PTH、P^3 和DPD等物质浓度，调节骨组织代谢有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To validated the effect of BSZGT on renal osteodystrophy, and explored the mechanism of treatment.Methods:30 rats were 3/4 nephrectomized, the other 10 rats were dealt with pseudo-operation. One week later renal function of the nephrectomized rats were observed, according to which we divided the nephrectomized rats into:three groups. The other 10 rats were normal group. The animals were put to death after six months and observed the change of makers.Results:Both BSZGT and calcitriol ameliorated the markers. In aspect of protection of renal function, BSZGT overmatched calcitriol obviously.Conclusion:BSZGT can preferably cure rat model due to renal osteodystrophy. The treatment effect perhaps has relation with protecting renal function, ameliorating the serum markers, adjusting metabolism of bone tissue . |
