婴儿毛细支气管炎96例心肌酶谱检测及其临床意义

目的:探讨婴儿毛细支气管炎心肌酶谱改变的程度及其临床意义。方法:将96例婴儿毛细支气管炎按照病原学检测结果分为两组,第1组为呼吸道合胞病毒感染组,第2组为肺炎支原体感染组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测96例毛细支气管炎患儿心肌酶谱,并与对照组进行比较。结果:96例婴儿毛细支气管炎中呼吸道合胞病毒感染62例,占64.58%,肺炎支原体感染34例,占35.42%。与正常对照组比较,第1、2组患儿血清HBDH、LDH及CK-MB均显著升高(P<0.01),CK虽升高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);第1组与第2组比较,HBDH、LDH、CK及CK-MB均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:婴儿毛细支气管炎患儿存在血清心肌酶谱的改变,治疗呼吸道合胞病毒及肺炎支原体引起的毛细支气管炎时,要时刻注意患儿心肌酶谱改变的情况,以防心肌炎并发症的发生。

Detection of myocardium zymogram of 96 infants with bronchiolitis and its clinical significance

Objective：To study the changing degree and clinical significance of myocardium zymogram of infant bronchiolitis.Methods ：According to the etiological detecting results,96 infant cases with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups,respiratory syncytial viruse infecting group（groupⅠ） and mycoplasma pneumoniae infecting group（groupⅡ）.Myocardium zymogram of the 96 infant cases with bronchiolitis were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer,which were compared with cases in the control group.Results：In the 96 infant cases collected,there were 62 respiratory syncytial viruse infecting cases,taking a percentage of 64.58%;34 mycoplasma pneumoniae infecting cases,taking 35.42%.Compared with cases in the control group,the HBDH,LDH and CK-MB of serum in groupⅠand groupⅡ all increased,which had statistical significance（P0.01）.Although CK of serum increased,but the difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）.The difference of HBDH,LDH,CK and CK-MB of serum between groupⅠand groupⅡ both had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：There exists myocardium zymogram changing of infant bronchiolitis.When treating with bronchiolitis resulted in respiratory syncytial virus and mycoplasma pneumoniae,the changing of myocardium zymogram of infant bronchiolitis should be paid more attention,in case of the occurrence of myocarditis complication.
