人工髋关节置换术后并发症临床分析

目的 分析人工髋关节置换术的术后并发症。 方法 随访87例人工髋关节置换术病例，随访时间1～15年，平均5年，观察术后并发症的发生率及类型并分析其原因。 结果 随访病人中有21例出现了并发症。其中疼痛19例，假体松动5例，髋臼磨损7例，人工股骨头脱位2例，切口感染2例，术中股骨骨折1例，上段劈裂2例，脂肪栓塞1例，下肢深静脉血栓形成2例。 结论 人工髋关节置换术后并发症的原因与手术操作、金属假体质量、患者个体差异等因素有关，手术经验和预防措施可防止或减少并发症。

Analysis on Complications of Artificial Hip Replacement in 21 Patients

[Objective]To analyse the complications of artificial hip replacement. [Methods]Eighty seven cases after artificial hip replacement were followed up for 1 to 15 years, averaging 5 years. [Results]Among them, 21 cases had complications, pain in 19 cases, loosening of prosthesis in 5 cases, wearing of acetabulum in 7 cases, postoperative dislocation of artificial femoral head in 2 cases, infection in 2 cases and so on. [Conclusion]The occurrences of complications are related to the skill of operation, quality of metalic prosthesis, and individual differences of patients. In order to decrease and finally prevent these complications, operative experiences and preventive measures are needed.
