表皮生长因子在肿瘤诊疗中的研究进展

表皮生长因子受体（Epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR）在90％的肿瘤中存在过度表达。EGFR介导的信号通路与肿瘤细胞扩增、凋亡抑制、血管生成、侵袭及转移有关。EGFR是与细胞增殖有关的蛋白质，而EGFR蛋白表达水平与活性的改变不仅影响细胞的生长亦与细胞对化、放疗的敏感性有关。本文综述TEGFR的结构、功能及其靶向抗肿瘤新生血管生成药物及其研究进展。

Progress of Epidermal Growth Factor in Tumor Therapy

Epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） over expressed in 90% percent of tumors. Signal transduction pathways turned on by EGFR tyrosinekinase （TK） contribute to tumor process such as cellular proliferation, decreased apoptosis, angiogenesis, and invasion and metastasis. EGFR belongs to a family of Proteins involved in the proliferation of normal and malignant cells. The structure, function and physiological effect s of EGFR and the tumor angiogenesis targeting therapy of it＇s tyrosine kinase receptor （VEGFR） are described respectively in this paper.
