| Abstract: | Umbilical cord blood stem cells (UCBSC) transplantation is one of the most promising stem cell transplantation.Currently,basic experimental studies of UCBSC in liver diseases have shown that UCBSC can be greatly amplified and induced to differentiate into functional hepatocyte-like cells in vivo and in vitro.The relationship between treatment of UCBSC transplantation and liver diseases has not yet been determined,because there are few relevant studies on clinical application.In this paper,UCBSC transplantation for treatment of liver diseases is reviewed. |
