| 摘 要： | Th17细胞是近年来新发现的一种T细胞亚群.研究发现,Th17细胞与克罗恩病等免疫性疾病关系密切,IL-23/Th17轴及Th17分泌的多种细胞因子在炎性介质反应性肠病中具有重要作用.本文就Th17细胞与克罗恩病的相关性研究做一全面综述.

| Abstract: | As a novel T cell population,Th17 cells are demonstrated to play an important role in autoimmune diseases,including Crohn' s disease.Several recent studies indicate the specific contributions of IL-23/Th17 axis and cytokines secreted by Th17 cells to the inflammatory bowel disease.This article is dedicated to describe the correlation between Th17 cells and Crohn' s disease. |
