| 摘 要： | 目的：评价^125碘粒子插植治疗对晚期癌症的疗效。方法：54例确诊的晚期恶性肿瘤患者，由放射治疗计划系统（TPS）通过影像引导植入放射性核素^125碘粒子，均采用均一方式布源。定期进行复查。结果：除2例无效外。52例晚期癌症患者均有不同程度的病灶减小和疼痛减轻，生活质量得到提高。结论：放射性^125碘粒子插植治疗晚期癌症安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective;To investigate and assess the effect of Radioactive 125Iodine seed implantation image guided on terminal cancer.Methods;From the system of TPS and image guided,125Iodine seeds were implanted in 54 comfirmed terminal cancer.The seeds were evenly scattered in all patients' tumors.To check termly.Results;Except 2 invalid,52 patients' tumor discordantly was minished and pain was eased.The patients' quantity of life increases.Conclusion;The therapy of radioactive 125Iodine seed implantation is safe and resultful. |
