大连市家蝇抗性发展趋势及防治对策研究

摘    要:目的测定大连市家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性,并与2001、2006年测试结果相比较,为阻止和延缓家蝇抗性的发生和发展提供科学依据。方法点滴法。结果 高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱、残杀威的LD50(μg/♀)依次为0.146 4、0.030 1、0.452 3、0.607 2、﹥97.27,抗性系数依次为52.29、50.17、39.682、0.17、335.41。结论大连市家蝇对5种杀虫剂均产生了高度抗性。建议加强抗性监测、科学用药,采取综合防治措施,延缓抗性的发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance of housefly to 5 kinds of normal used insecticides in Dalian and compare with the results of 2001 and 2006.Methods The trace drop method was used.Results The LD50 of housefly to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,DDVP,chlorpyrifos and proposur were 0.146 4、0.030 1、0.452 3、0.607 2、﹥97.27 respectively.The resistance ratio were 52.29,50.17,39.68,20.17 and 335.41 respectively.Conclusion Housefly has developed high resistance to 5 kinds of normal used insecticides in Dalian.It is necessary to strengthen monitoring of resistance and use insecticides scientifically.Integrated management should be taken to overcome or delay the resistance development of housefly.
