尼莫通治疗脑出血的初步研究

76例脑出血患者使用尼莫通静脉滴注治疗，其疗效与对照组的62例采用常规疗法的脑出血患者作比较，结果显示：治疗组的显效率为73.7％，对照组为37.1％，两组有非常显著的差异（x2＝21．3，P＜0．001）；治疗组1月内脑内血肿全部吸收率为54．8％，而对照组为21．9％，有非常显著的差异（x2＝8．15，P＜0．01）。研究说明，尼莫通治疗脑出血的疗效优于常规疗法，本文对其机理作了初步探讨。

The initial study of Nimotop in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

76 cases of cerebral hemorrhage received treatment of nimotop by intravenous dripping in treationg group whereas 62 cases received routing treatment in contrast group. We compared the groups with the sesults showing 73.7% of effective rate in treating group and 37.1% in contrast group. There was very significant difference (x2 = 21.3, P <0.001) .The total absorbing rate of iotranial henatoma was 54.8% in treating group while 21.9% in contrast group. There was very significant difference(x2 = 8. 15, P < 0.01 ). This study indicated that the effect of nimotop in treating cerebral hemorrhage is better than that of routing treatment. We made initial study at its mechanism.
