18氟-脱氧葡萄糖双探头符合线路断层显像在39例乳腺癌术前诊断中的应用

目的探讨应用18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)双探头符合线路断层显像(SPECT/CT)在乳腺癌术前诊断中的价值。方法选择2008年1月至2011年5月该院收治的临床疑诊乳腺癌的女性患者39例行18 F-FDG双探头符合线路SPECT/CT检查,诊断结果与病理检查结果对照,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 39例乳腺肿块定性诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率分别为83.33%(25/30)、66.67%(6/9)、79.49%(31/39);34枚可疑转移淋巴结诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率分别为86.21%(25/29)、60.00%(3/5)、82.35%(28/34);4例患者发现远处转移,准确率为100%(4/4)。结论 18 F-FDG双探头符合线路SPECT/CT在乳腺癌术前诊断、分期等具有较高的准确性,为乳腺癌术前较好的无创性检查方法。

Application of 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT/CT detection imaging in preoperative diagnosis of 39 cases of breast cancer

Objective To explore the clinical value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG)coincidence single-photon emission computed tomography/computer tomography(SPECT/CT)detection imaging for preoperative diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Total 39 suspected patients with breast cancer were examined by 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT/CT detection and the results were compared with the pathological results.The sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy were calculated and analyzed respectively.Results Compared with pathological results,the sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy of 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT/CT detection for breast cancer were 83.33%(25/30),66.67%(6/9)and 79.49%(31/39)respectively.To 34 breast cancer patients,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of lymph node metastasis were 86.21%(25/29),60.00%(3/5)and 82.35%(28/34)respectively.Four cases were found metastasis in other organs and the accuracy was 100.00%(4/4).Conclusion 18F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence detection imaging has a perfect specificity and a considerable sensitivity in the early detection and staging for breast cancer,which is a useful noninvasive method for detecting breast lesions and metastasis lesions before treatment.
