| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管阴道瘘的病因及外科处理方法。方法选择2002年8月至2010年8月四川省南充市身心医院和川北医学院第二临床学院输尿管阴道瘘患者32例,按治疗方法分成两组,A组8例,采用内镜治疗;B组24例,采用输尿管膀胱再吻合术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果Ⅰ期治愈率A组(50%)低于B组(95.8%),P<0.05。结论输尿管膀胱吻合术效果明显优于内镜治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes and surgical therapy options of ureterovaginal fistula.Methods 32 patients with ureterovaginal fistula in our two hospitals from August 2002 to August 2010 were divided into the group A(8 cases) and B(24 cases).The group A was treated with endoscopes and the group B was treated with ureter and bladder re-anastomosis.The therapeutical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The one-stage cure rate was 50% in the group A,which was lower than 95.8% in the group B with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of ureterovesical anastomosis is obviously superior to the endoscopic treatment. |
