电磁导航经皮椎体成形术治疗胸、腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折21例的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨经电磁导航引导下进行经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床疗效以及该技术的应用和注意事项。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2007年6月该院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折21例(26个椎体)患者的临床资料。结果术后患者椎体高度[(2.2±0.3)cm],Cobb′s角[(7.6±4.5)度],疼痛视觉模拟评分[(2.3±0.8)分]、活动能力评分[(1.3±0.8)分]与术前[分别为(1.8±0.5)cm、(28.6±3.5)度、(8.0±1.5)、(2.3±1.3)分]比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的患者,在电磁导航引导下进行经皮穿刺椎体成形术,手术时间短,疗效满意,而且视野清楚,减少人体X线辐射量,使手术变得更加安全。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty by electromagnetic guidance for treating osteoporosis vertebral compressed fracture and to probe into its advantages and announcements.Methods The clinical data in 21 cases(26 vertebrae) of osteoporotic vertebral compressed fracture treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The vertebral height,Cobb′ s angle,visual analogue scale scores and move ment dynamic scores were(2.2±0.3)cm,(7.6±4.5)°,2.3±0.8 and 1.3±0.8 after operation and(1.8±0.5)cm,(28.6±3.5)°,8.0±1.5 and 2.3±1.3 before operation respectively,showing statistical difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty by electromagnetic guidance for treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture has satisfactory therapeutic effect with short operative time,clear visual operative field,less X-ray radiation and more safety.
