| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细针吸取细胞学诊断乳腺肿物的作用及临床意义 ,并对容易误诊的因素进行分析。方法 分析2 938例乳腺肿物细针吸取细胞学 (FNAC)的诊断结果 ,与 784例经手术获组织病理学诊断的结果进行比较。结果 FNAC对乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为 95 .9% ;对乳腺良性肿瘤的诊断符合率为 96 .3% ;对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率为 99.3% ;假阴性率和假阳性率分别为 3.8%和 0 .7%。结论 FNAC对乳腺肿物诊断具安全、可靠、阳性率高等优点 ,可作为乳腺肿物常规检查手段 ,值得推广应用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and clinical significance of fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) of breast masses and to analyse the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods 2938 patients were performed FNAC for diagnoses of breast masses,and 784 patients were performed histopathologic examination after operation,then two groups of results were analysed.Results Sensitivity of FNAC to diagnosis of malignamt breast tumor was 95.9%.The diagnostic consistence rate for benign breast tumor was 96.3% and for malignant tumor 99.3%.The false negative rate and false positive rate were 3.8% and 0.7% respectively.Conclusion FNAC was characterized by safety, reliability and high positive rate in the diagnoses of breast masses.It should be a routine examination for breast masses and be popularized. |
