摘    要:本文报告猪尾猴疟原虫广西株在大劣按蚊体内孢子增殖晚期扫描电镜观察。成孢子细胞体形状不规则或具分枝,从其表面长出子孢子茅。早期子孢子茅呈指状,有时末端膨大呈球状。晚期子孢子芽细长。成孢子细胞的残余体亦多为不规则形,少数呈球状,表面略现粗糙。成熟子孢子具微孔。微孔一个位于子孢子前端约2/5处。

Abstract:This paper reports a scanning electron microscopic observation on theGuangxi strain of plasmodium in late sporogonic stage in Anophelesdirus.The sporoblasts seemed to be irregular in shape or form branches,from which were budding the sporozoites.The early sporozoite buds werefinger-like and sometimes enlarged at the tip as a bulb.The nearlymature sporezoites were slender.In a few mature sporozoites a microporecould occasionally be found,which was located two-fifth of the lengh ofthe body from anterior end.As to the residual body of the sporoblast,some were spherical,but most were irregular in appearance,the surfacebeing a little coarse.
