腔镜与开放式甲状腺手术的临床对照研究

目的：比较腔镜与传统开放式甲状腺手术的临床效果。方法：对66例腔镜和57例开放式甲状腺手术的临床资料进行比较,指标为手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间及术后并发症等。结果：两组的年龄、性别、病种等无明显差异,平均手术时间腔镜组为（178.3±32.4）min、开放组为（145.8±27.1）min,平均出血量腔镜组为（19.1±12.4）ml、开放组为（44.6±18.6）ml,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：腔镜甲状腺手术安全、可靠,与传统开放式手术相比具有切口小、不影响美观等优点。

Comparative study of endoscopic and open thyroidectomy

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect between endoscopic thyroidectomy and open thyroidectomy.Methods:One hundred and twenty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups.The first group with 66 patients were carried out endoscopic thyroidectomy;and the second group with 57 paitents was carried out open thyroidectomy.Clinical features including operation time,complications,hospitalization were compared between two groups.Results:The average operative time was (178.3±32.4)min in endoscopic group and (145.8±27.1)min in open group(P<0.05);the mean operative blood loss was (19.1±12.4)ml in endoscopic group and (44.6±18.6)ml in open group(P<0.01);the average hospitalization after operation was (4.1±1.4)days and(4.0±1.9) days(P>0.05),the complication rate was 4.5% in endoscopic group and 8.8% in open group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Endoscopic thyroidectomy is safe and effective,with the advantage of less operative blood loss and lower complication rate.
