腹腔镜联合手术的临床分析

目的：探讨妇科与普外科联合腹腔镜手术的临床特点和应用前景。方法：选择因妇科疾病合并普外科疾病行联合手术的患者26例作为观察组,选取同期因单一妇科疾病行腹腔镜手术的患者26例为对照组,对两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、平均手术时间、肠功能恢复时间和术后平均住院时间等指标进行分析比较。结果：两组手术均获成功,无中转开腹,无严重并发症发生。观察组、对照组的平均手术时间分别为（115±82）min、（90±70）min,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;术后肠功能恢复时间及术后平均住院时间观察组分别为（18±9）h、（4.6±1.8）d,对照组分别为（17±8）h、（4.2±1.6）d,两组差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：妇科与普外科联合腹腔镜手术是安全有效的,且在一定程度上拓宽了单科手术的领域,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Clinical study on combined laparoscopic surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined laparoacopic surgery.Methods:In the study group,combined laparoscopic surgery was performed in 26 gynecological patients of gynecology with gastrointestinal diseases,and single gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in 26 patients in the control group.The complications,mean time of operations and bowel function recovery,and hospitalization were observed.Results:All procedures were performed successfully.None of the cases was converted to open procedure.The mean time of operations was significantly increased in study group (115±82)min compared with (90±70)min in control group (P<0.05 ). The recovery time of bowel function,as well as the mean time of hospitalization has no stastidy difference between study group (18±9)h,(4.6±1.8)d and control group (17±8 )h,(4.2±1.6)d(both P>0.05).Conclusions:Combined laparoscopic surgery can be performed safely and effectively for gynecological patients combined with gastrointestinal diseases.
