| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜在肝囊肿开窗术中的应用价值。方法：回顾分析37例行腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术患者的临床资料。结果：37例患者均在腹腔镜下完成肝囊肿开窗术,无一例中转开腹。手术时间34～58min,平均41min。平均住院3.6d,无并发症发生,随访6个月囊肿无复发。结论：腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术具有操作简单,创伤小、痛苦轻,患者康复快、住院时间短等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic technology in the treatment in hepatic cyst.Methods:The clinical data of 37 patients with hepatic cyst received laparoscopic fenestration were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The procedure was successfully performed in all cases,without conversion to open abdominal operation and complications.The duration of operation was 34-58min,averaged 41min.Average length of postoperative hospitalization was 3.6d.No recurrence was found after a six monthes follow-up.Conclusions:Laparoscopic fenestration is a reasonable and effective technology in the treatment in hepatic cyst with less trauma,slight pain and fast recovery. |
