血透患者病毒感染状况初步调查

目的与方法：对４３例血液透析患者的五种肝炎相关病毒（ＨＢＶ、ＨＣＶ、ＨＥＶ、ＨＧＶ和ＣＭＶ）标志物进行了检测。结果：以单项抗－ＨＣＶＩｇＧ检出率最高，达５８．１％；抗－ＣＭＶＩｇＭ检出率次之，为４１．９％；其持依次为ＨＢｓＡｇ３０．２％，抗ＨＣＶＩｇＭ２５．６％，抗－ＨＢｃ１８．６％，抗－ＨＢｓ１６．３％，抗－ＨＧＶＩｇＧ９．３％，ＨＢｃＡｇ７．０％，抗ＨＢｅ４．７％，抗ＣＮＭＶ－ＩｇＧ４．７5,ry

A study for viruses infection in patients undergoing hemodialysis

Objectives and Methods:In order to probe the prevalence of viruses infection in the blood of patients undergoing hemodialysis,the markers of 5 viruses: hepatitis B,C,E and G virus,and cytomegalovirus(CMV) were detected in the sera of 43 patients with continual hemodialysis. Results:The makers of all the 5 viruses were detected with various positive rates respectively.Single anti HCV IgG held the highest positive rate(58.1%,25/43).The anti CMV IgM took the next (49.1%,18/43).In order of the positive rate,the other markers were HBsAg(30.2%,13/43),anti HCV IgM(25.6%,11/43),anti HBe(18.5%,8/2),anti HBs(16.7%,7/43),HBeAg(7.0,3/43),anti HVG IgG(9.3%,4/43),anti HBe(4.7%,2/43),anti CMV IgG(4.7%,2/43),and anti HEV IgG(2.3%,1/43).No anti HEV IgM was found.In accordance with the variety of virus,the total positive rate of HBV markers took the first(80%),and those of HCV and CMV were 73% and 56% respectively.All the 3 viruses held more than 50% of positive rate.Five of the patients had markers of HBV,HCV and CMV simultaneously. Conclusions:Hemodialysis is an important access for transimission of viruses,especially hepatitis viruses.Not only HBV and HCV,but also HEV and HGV can be transmitted by hemodialysis.The monitoring and prevention for infection of these viruses should be taken seriously by clinicians.
