| 摘 要： | 目的总结脾切除治疗儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜49例。方法1996年1月～2001年12月脾切除治疗儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜49例。结果患儿术前均在内科明确诊断和接受正规治疗。42例患儿术后效果显著,7例部分显效。全组无重大并发症。结论选择性脾切除是治疗儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜的安全和有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine whether management of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) in children who undergo splenectomy at our hospital is appropriate and effective. Methods Undertaking 6 year retrospective review of 49 pediatric patients with ITP which have undergone splenectomy. Results All of 49 pediatric patients were referred to surgeon after initial medical management. 87.76%(n=43) of the patients had complete response. 12.28%(n=6) had a partial response. The postoperative complication rate was 6.1%. Conclusion Splenectomy is a safe and effective method of treatment for ITP in children with no deaths of postsoplenectomy sepsis to date. |
