呼吸科铜绿假单胞菌感染调查及耐药性分析

目的分析呼吸科铜绿假单胞菌感染的抗生素应用及耐药情况。方法回顾性分析医院2004—2006年呼吸科发生的铜绿假单胞菌感染病例。结果212例患者经抗生素治疗后，有效94例，进步42例，死亡70例，有效率为44．3％。调查发现，单一应用抗生素、治疗时间长者效果不佳，抗生素联合应用治疗效果较好，尤其是头孢吡肟与乳酸环丙沙星联合治疗铜绿假单胞菌引起的重症肺部感染，治疗时间短、效果好。结论铜绿假单胞菌引起肺部感染的治愈率较低，尤其是老年患者，因此提高患者免疫力、切断感染源、加强耐药性监测及合理应用抗生素十分重要。

Investigation on Pseudomonas Aerginosa Infection in Respiration Department of Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the antibiotic application on pseudomonas aerginosa infection in respiration department of the hospital. Methods The cases of pseudomonas aerginosa infection in respiration department of the hospital during the period 2004-2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 212 cases were collected. After anti-infection,the clinical effective rate was 44. 3%. The effect of Antibiotics combination on pseudomonas aerginosa infection was better than that of single antibiotics, especially the combination of cefepime and ciprofloxacin on severe lung infection. Conclusion The cured rate of pseudomonas aerginosa lung infection was not high, especially the senile patients. It is important to improve immunity, prevent source of infection, pay more attention to resistance monitoring and select antibiotics correctly.
