| 摘 要： | 目的优选胰腺安胶囊提取的最佳工艺。方法以出膏率和黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交试验设计法,考察因素为溶剂用量倍数、提取时间、提取次数。结果最佳提取工艺为加6倍药材量的水,提取3次,每次提取90min。结论优化工艺合理、稳定,为胰腺安胶囊的生产提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Yixian'an Capsule.Methods The orthogonal experiment was carried out.The influence of the dosage of solvent,time length of extraction,and frequency of extraction on extraction results were investigated by using the paste rates and baicalin contents as indexes.Results The optimal extraction technology was to extract total flavonoids in 6 times the weight of herbal medicine for 3 times,with 90 min for each time.Conclusion The results are reasonable and stable,which can provide the reference for preparation of Yixian'an Capsule. |
