| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点。方法对深圳市中医院2004年1月～2006年12月收集到的292例ADR报告，利用Microsoft Excel电子表格进行频数分析。结果292例ADR患者中〉60岁有186例（63．70％）；涉及药品11大类共73个品种，其中以中药注射液的ADR发生率最高，为98例（33.56％），其次为抗微生物药82例（28．08％）；静脉滴注引起的ADR有203例（69．52％）；累及器官以皮肤及其附件最多（214例，49．77％）。结论应合理使用中药注射剂及抗微生物药，加强对中药注射剂的质量监测，避免或减少ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the features of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in the hospital.Methods 292 cases of ADR from January 2004 to December 2006 were collected in the hospital and the frequency of ADR was analyzed by Microsoft Excel.Results Total 11 categories including 73 types of drugs were involved.Most ADR occurred by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injection(98 cases,33.56%).82 cases of antimicrobials(28.08%),203 cases by intravenous drip(69.52%)and 214 cases of skin and its appendices injuries were involved(49.77%).Conclusion TCM injections and antimicrobials should be used rationally and the quality control over TCM injections should be strengthened so as to avoid or minimize repeated occurrence of ADR. |
