| 摘 要： | 目的了解羌族中老年人结膜囊细菌状况。方法对北川县两个羌族聚居点的中老年人群106人212眼刮取下睑结膜囊分泌物,接种于血平板,培养48~72小时后进行细菌分离鉴定。结果 212眼中结膜囊细菌培养阳性126眼,培养阳性率59.4%;培养出菌株160株,其中以表皮葡萄球菌最多,共46株,占28.8%,棒状杆菌45株,占28.1%,少动鞘氨醇单胞菌23株,占14.4%。结论多数羌族老年人结膜囊带菌,其中表皮葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌和少动鞘氨醇单胞菌是羌族中老年人结膜囊最常见的菌种。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the species of bacteria in conjunctiva sac of the middle age and the elder of Qiang minority. Methods A total of 106 middle aged and elder patients （ 212 eyes） of Qiang minority in Beichuan County were examined. Lower eyelid conjunctival secretion was scraped and inoculated on blood agar. The bacteria were separated and identified 48-72 hours after culture isolation. Results The positive rate of bacterial culture was 59.4% （ 126/212 ）. One hundred and sixty strains were cultivated,including 46 strains of staphylococcus epidermidis （28. 8% ） ,45 strains of corynebacteria （28. 1% ） and 23 strains of sphingomonas paucimobilis （ 14.4% ）. Conclusion Bacteria could be found in most people＇s eonjunetiva sac in Qiang minority. The dominant species were staphylococcus epidermidis, corynebacteria and sphingomonas paucimobilis. |
