| 摘 要： | 目的 提高多发性内分泌腺瘤病的认识。方法 回顾性分析 6例诊治的经验 ,结合文献进行讨论。结果 B超及CT检查MEN -Ⅰ型 2例发现肾上腺皮质腺瘤及垂体腺瘤 ;MEN -ⅡA型 3例发现甲状腺瘤及嗜铬细胞瘤 ;NEN -ⅡB型 1例发现嗜铬细胞瘤及皮肤神经纤维瘤。结论 此病罕见 ,早期诊断、早期治疗是提高疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features of multiple endocrine neoplasia.Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of MEN were reviewed and summaried retrospectively.Results Adrenal cortical adenoma and pituitary adenoma have been found in two patients with MEN-Ⅰ,Medullary thyroid carcinoma and Pheochromocytoma in three patients with MEN-ⅡA,Pheochromocytoma and neurofibromatosis in one patient with MEN-ⅡB,and the diagnosis were established on B-ultrasonography and CT scanning.Conclusions Early diagnosis and treatment are very importment for patients with MEN. |
