济源市1990--2005年胃癌死亡情况

目的分析济源市1990--2005年胃癌死亡变化状况，为制订胃癌控制策略提供科学依据。方法对济源市1990—2005年胃癌死亡报告资料进行分析。结果济源市1990--2005年共上报胃癌死亡5759人，年标化死亡率在48．23／10万-72．98／10万，其中男性标化死亡率在55．91／10万-103．13／10万，女性标化死亡率在40．22／10万-46．70／10万。死亡年龄主要在55-75岁间，占总癌症死亡的74．94％。结论总死亡率呈下降趋势，尤以男性为明显。

Death Status of Gastric Cancer in Jiyuan City during 1990-2005

Objective ] To analyze the death change of gastric cancer from 1990 to 2005 in Jiyuan city, and provide scientific evidence for control strategy for gastric cancer. Methods] An analysis was made on the data collected from death reports of gastric cancer during 1990-2005 in Jiyuan city. Results]5759 cases of death caused by gastric cancer were reported from 1990 to 2005, the standardized mortality was 48.23 /100 000 - 72.98/ 100,000, the standardized mortality for male was 55.91 /100 000 103.13/100 000 and 40.22/100 000 - 46.70/100 000 for female. The death age was （ 65 ± 10） occupied 74.94% of total death cases. Conclusion] The total mortality shows a decreasing trend, especially for male.
