正交试验优选复方紫草油的制备工艺

摘    要:目的优选复方紫草油的最佳制备工艺.方法以紫草素含量为指标,应用L8(27)正交试验设计对复方紫草油进行最佳制备工艺筛选.结果取软紫草加4倍花生油量,监测油温不超过150℃,提取1 h可制备最佳复方紫草油.结论采用优选的制备工艺能有效提高复方紫草油中紫草素含量,稳定制剂质量.

Abstract:AimTo optimize the preparation technique of Radix Arnebiae oil.MethodsThe optimum preparation technique of Radix Arnebiae oil was investigated by L_(8)(2~(7))orthogonal test as the acetylshikomin content index.ResultsThe optimum technical condition: Selected Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst ,added 4 times peanut oil and cooked an hour ,monitored oil's temperature(150).ConclusionWith the optimized preparation technique,the content of acethylshikomin in compounded Radix Arnebiae oil can be effectively increased, and the preparation quality can be more stabilized.
