脊髓损伤致膀胱功能失调的分类及护理意义

目的建立一种新的脊髓损伤后膀胱功能失调的分类方法,在此基础上采取相应的护理措施,以降低泌尿系统并发症.方法根据尿流动力学、括约肌肌电生理检测和临床表现对病人的膀胱功能进行分类,针对不同类型的病人施以不同的护理,并与传统护理方法进行比较.结果分类护理组泌尿系感染发生率、尿液返流、肾功损伤均明显下降(χ2=4.3957,P<0.05;χ2=7.9931,P<0.01;χ2=6.3492,P<0.05).结论分类护理可明显提高膀胱功能失调的护理质量,降低脊髓损伤后各种泌尿系统并发症的发生率.

Classification of bladder malfunction due to spinal injury and its significance in nursing

Objective:To establish a new classification of bladder malfunction after spinal injury,and use it to map out a corresponding nursing plan to cut down urinary system complications.Methods:Patients were classified according to the detection of urino-flow dynamics and physiomyoelectrics of the sphincter and clinical manifestations.Then, a nursing plan was developed and applied to some patients,and the results were compared to the results of other patients cared for with traditional methods. Results:The incidence of urinary system infection,urine reflux and damage of renal function declined obviously. Conclusion:Classification of nursing can enhance the nursing quality for bladder malfunction and reduce complications of the urinary system in post spinal injury patients.
